To enable the Type to search bar in Windows 10, follow these steps:
1. Ensure the Search Box is Visible
If you can’t see the search box, you may have accidentally hidden it. To enable it:
- Right-click on the taskbar (the bar at the bottom of your screen).
- Hover your cursor over the option Search.
- You’ll see three options: Hidden, Show search icon, and Show search box.
- Select Show search box. This will display the search bar where you can type to search.
